Reproductions of original paintings by Tamara Adams are printed with Archival Inks on 13x19" Archival Matte Paper. They are floated onto a foam backing, slid into a protective cellophane sleeve and are easily disassembled for custom framing.
This body of work represents a collection of images spanning fifteen years. Originally inspired by the Mexican Muralists and Frida Kahlo, Tamara's paintings often reflect the vibrant colors of a Latin American influence. Working with publishers and designers, and through private commissions, she has also created African American and Hawaiian images along with a line of birds and animals and colorful kitchen art.
Over the years her work has included modern interpretations of traditional Iconography, the Virgin Mary, Saints, Guadalupe, Indian Goddesses, Buddha and Powerful images of the Divine Feminine.
